Conservative state of mind, is a situation in which people tend to reject new ideas and to be more action driven and may be more aggressive toward hostile ideas, people or groups.
Tendencies of conservatives:
- To be very sensitive to criticism.
- Need most of the time, well established, well excepted knowledge.
- Ready to learn from testimonials, but are influenced by rhetoric of prestige and power.
- Are more susceptible to social conformation, power and social order.
- Tend to prefer action to thinking.
- Use more of system 1 then system 2.
- Use more FFFF decision system then PFC.
- Have more difficulties in collaborative decision making, and tend to decide by themselves. The more controled, do use to look for advice and information before making a decision.
