It seems that Differnt types of personalety or same personalety in difretn times make their decisions in diffrent ways and places. If we will know when is the optimal time for decision making, we can optimize decision making process in organizations.
It seems that liberals try to make decisions when ever they meet a puzzle (RPE). they are attracted to it, and are distracted from their previous goals or job. Usualy it will be the ADD type.
Work-conservatives (people how can be liberal but are more work orinted), will try to avoid puzzels (RPE) and will try to have more clouser on their goals. They will usualy will set a time and a place to reach decisions. These will be a meeting room. But if you catch them with somting intresting (RPE), they will put it into their need to be-sovle problems, and they will try to solve it over-night[1]
