People estimate the power a group has. they will want to join a group that promote their needs with while they will use the minimum efforts needed to invest.

For instance the first generation of Zionist immigrants put a lot of effort in cultivating the ground. to do so, the had to use very strong ideology. Only later when Israel became more hospitable people with less ideology came. In the state when citizens are benefiting a lot, people from around the world are eager to become US citizens.

usually therefore, when organization starts it has several stages. It starts with one person that has a vision. He works and do something. if a mother person likes it, he will join the party. If he has a ground to be important in decision making or just follow if he is type C. While the group grows, every new members should have a place, according to his needs and type.

The organization will grow if the decision making process is beneficial to all members. An organization may have in some stage an income that enable economic support for the core of the organization.again this new income should be able to support to the growing organization.
