Starting a discussion

When we start a discussion we start with a goal or a question. On the right side (in RTL languages) there is the goal. On the left side, there is the question, who do we achieve the goal. MO deliberation- goal to question.jpeg

We then further start to ask questions about the goal.

we then let the people try to explore the question and reach an agreement.

Talking points over ( epistemic-socializing MOs)

The question "how will we publicize ourselves?" is influenced by the question "who is our target audience?" so when the second question is raised, we move to it, deliberate it and go back to the first question

First talk a point over untill we have silence, or coll-down. We then ask the first initiater to summarize the subject, and with the help of the others, make it agreeable. The process is called "refining a SO" .

Some times one subject is related to another subject. So we can move between subjects. We have to write them down and summarize each agreeable point.

To be able to look for the MOs in the discussion, one need to be a very experienced facilitator. but when a simple discussion is taken place an inexperienced facilitator can handle it.

It is very important to simulate the talk on a board. Preferably, white-board. The Symboles will be with mind maps but with clear sentences.
