This chapter will focus on the psychological mechanisms that take part in deliberation and influence the process of deliberation. It will look at tendencies of participants in deliberation. It will check the motivation for participating in deliberation, in order to increase the participation rate and the quality of participation. It will investigate the cognitive process of decision making. And will Check how we can bring up a new generation of deliberative participants.
