hi Tal what do you mean by "interest" in "In a democracy, all citizens are considered equal, and their interests are also equal in public decisions". needs to be clarified in my opinion.

Hi, thank you. It is realy not clear. Therefore I changed the sentnce to this: "In a democracy, all citizens are considered as equal members in society, with equal rights to take part in public decision making. To ensure that all citizens could take part in decision making , scholars of deliberative democracy suggested the public decision should follow these values:".Tal Yaron (talk)

what does Habermas means in "Deliberation is Inclusive (Habermas)" what does Cohen refers to in "The public develop political competence (Cohen)"

I elaborated a liile bit more: "According to Habermas, Deliberation is Inclusive, which means, every citizen, no matter what his qualities should be able to participate on equal terms, without discrimination due to economic, education or other causes". is this more clear?
